As a first-time customer I was thrilled to learn that a picture of the flowers to be delivered could be emailed to me. I’m not sure if this service is practiced everywhere. But it touched me so since I would not be attending the funeral services. I requested adjustments to an online arrangement by phone. The flowers expressed the delicate but elegant nature of our lost loved one. They captured feelings the card message could only begin to convey. I am so pleased I chose this hometown business!
