I had ordered my mother the "Daydreaming" arrangement as well as a mixed box of Esther Price chocolates for Valentine's Day. The chocolates were not delivered accordingly. I called Always Blooming on 02/15/24 and spoke with Jessica. She confirmed that my mother had not received the Esther Price mixed chocolates. She mentioned that she candies were delivered to another customer. On February 15, 2024, Jessica sent the chocolates to my mother along with a single rose and a gift card for future usage. Jessica-Thank you for taking care of the situation and resolving to more than my satisfaction. I only wish others strive for your level of customer service! :)
